StackShip publishes opinions and information about third-party tools. We check prices against official sources and date every verdict, but prices, features and terms change often. Content is provided “as is” for general information; always confirm details on the vendor's site before you buy. We are not responsible for third-party products or websites we link to.

Sponsored placements

  • Sponsored slots are booked self-serve at the prices shown on the Advertise page.
  • All listings are reviewed against our acceptance policy. We may reject any listing.
  • If we reject your listing, we refund you in full. Once a slot has started, it is non-refundable.
  • Sponsored placements are always labelled and never affect editorial picks, rankings or verdicts.
  • You confirm you have the right to use the names, links and text you submit, and that they are accurate.
  • We may remove a live placement that turns out to breach the acceptance policy; in that case we refund the unused portion.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, for example by attacking it, scraping it in a way that degrades service, or submitting spam through our forms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
